Cyber Security is the concept of safely browsing throughout the internet without posing threat to anyone else’s information. Further it also includes gaining information about security risks along with measures to prevent them.

- Super Cookies
- User Agent
- Digital Footprint
All these basically have main motive i-e Data theft which can be seriously used against the user.
Cybercrime
Any crime that is done via the help of any e-device is known as cybercrime. Some examples of it are illegal downloading of copyrighted content, phishing or spamming etc.
Some common cybercrimes are :
- Cyber Stalking — The victim is harassed online by the stalker which relies upon the anonymity offered by the internet.
- Cyber Bullying – Cyberbullying occurs when someone uses an e-device to demean or embarrass or intimidate someone.
- Cyber Troll – Cyber-trolling refers to when a person posts opposing comments about someone or something with an aim of targeting the person online. The opposing comments are known as troll.
- Spreading Online Rumors – Sometimes people post rumors anonymously on Internet which causes riots between people of different religion/community. People fail to realize that even if they do it anonymously, they can still be caught.
- Illegal Downloading Of Copyrighted Content – These days mostly every person downloads copyrighted content from online without realizing its illegal. Copyrighted content is the property of someone created by the money earned by the creator through hard work.

- Use proxy & VPN
- Ensure the site is safe while entering crucial information
- Avoiding the use of public computers.
- Disabling tracking from a browser
